It was created by Fung Doe Duk who also created bak fu pai, the differences are that bak fu pai is totally internal. Fung Doe Duk created white tiger from the forms he learned at the Shaolin temple and from masters who had taught him in his travels throughout China. He was shown how to use herbs to condition his hands for the iron palm style which he included. There is a dim mak form passed down through the white tiger system. Isn't this style supposed to rival/be similar to Bak Mei?
It resembles Bak Mei... kinda... not really... badly done... yeah.
My roomate does this style, he wants me to join his kwoon so much. That's a different story.
He said that this is a deadly style and during a revolution the monks who practiced this could kill 20 men for themselves died, and there grandmaster has killed many men.
To me that's nice, he also said it's the biggest system out there, i think he's definitely lying, if it is so effective and since it's been around since 1677 or so it would be so much more popular.
However i don't have the knowledge to make and educated opinion on this subject. I've been trying to find true information about this style, i can't find very much though, i wonder if it's all hype which my gut feeling says so, or if it's real?
They do have traditional herbs and a lot of Chinese medicine.
I know CLF has dit da healing medicine and 4 internal forms am i right here?
I think he's been hypnotized into believing that this is the best style in the world, and he really says stuff like this. I'm not sold. It's brainwashing

I've only been in choy li fut for 1 year, i haven't even started sparring yet. He's only been in is for 5 months at the most. Internal systems take years to develop. I will believe it when i see it.

Better yet, cap his knees with a baseball bat and ask him how great his martial art is now
In all seriousness, sounds like he's being sold a huge load of fraudulent BS by his instructor and eating it up with a platinum spoon.
Ask him to provide the factual proof of these claims of killing people, if anyone in their system killed someone, there would be recorded documentation, if they can not provide any evidence, he's training in what sounds like a serious McKwoon.
Does this style have a website? I remember seeing one that was a serious BS hogwash style and based around the Cali area......
Mei Hua you should hear the stuff he says, he's my roommate and friend so i would not fight him. Heres the website there is barely any information about this style almost anywhere.

These guys were all over the forums some time back making a bad stink, in response various people from some forums went into serious research mode, some of the people doing the research were high ranking people in the CMA community that had access to some of the people in the lineage claims, some were from China who confirmed the falseness of the stories being made, etc.
So, we have;
False and fraudulent lineage/style claims that couldn't/can't be backed up with any credible evidence.
Made up style/lineage history that makes said style a fraud.
Fraudulent business practices designed to con and make money rather than to teach an authentic Chinese Martial Art.
All together, these guys made a lot of bad stink all over and got proven as frauds and fakes, then cussed people out and ran away never to be seen again, then created their own forum to biatch about people on and smear other martial artists and forums.
