Rep Power: 153 | | | I always put on weight this season -- in fact already have starting last week. Knocked it back down again this week but I have a couple more get-togethers coming up and I know I'm gonna eat.
This season my only goal is just to maintain my weight, and not go up.

Rep Power: 160 | | | Lost 1 kg in September. Have put it back on again now. Weight never really an issue. Will bulk a bit over Christmas with the cold and work pressure. Will lean again over summer with the heat and time off.

That's scary- you're already the size of a small child to start off with!
I have been loosing a little weight since starting my swimming regime. I've lost 1/2 a stone in the last 4 weeks, which may not sound much, but I'm assured that slowly is the best way to make it stay off. Christmas shouldn't make any difference-- except for the beer, which is always my downfall. I will try and keep up the exercise, or even do some more and not drink quite as much beer. I'm skiing on the 28th so that will be a good week of mountain air and full days of exercise! |

Rep Power: 111 | | | I never really gain weight over the holidays...because I never overindulge. I think how some people have issues getting the "not hungry" message from the stomach to the brain, mine works in the other way. So I fill up pretty quickly and have no interest in second helpings or even large helpings to begin with.
