Official holiday weigh-in thread.

A post by Cam got me thinking, how many of you will put on weight this season?

I ramped up my training a little by November, but i am back to where i started already...

I always put on weight this season -- in fact already have starting last week. Knocked it back down again this week but I have a couple more get-togethers coming up and I know I'm gonna eat.

This season my only goal is just to maintain my weight, and not go up.

Lost 1 kg in September. Have put it back on again now. Weight never really an issue. Will bulk a bit over Christmas with the cold and work pressure. Will lean again over summer with the heat and time off.

I went from 87 to 74 kg's this year
had some severe colon problems this year
hope to get back to 80....
in a lean-mass kinda way

I never really gain weight over the holidays...because I never overindulge. I think how some people have issues getting the "not hungry" message from the stomach to the brain, mine works in the other way. So I fill up pretty quickly and have no interest in second helpings or even large helpings to begin with.
