Yeah...to be honest...I think your definition is substituting the word "chi" for some scientific term straight out of a physics textbook.
I dont know if I agree with much of the definition...because I dont think chi is necessarily a subatomic particle, wave/particle energy. I dont think we can use current scientific terms to describe it...because it may very well be something else.
