Forgot one tidbit:
Sifu James McNeil has a training lodge out west, teaches internal styles...hsing-i, tai chi (chen), and a couple more....he takes private students and they go live in this setup he has...I think it is pretty expensive...but the guy is supposed to be good and from what I have read online at his site....it doesnt seem super crazy expensive. (current college student....everythings expensive
