So what truely defines someone who fights with xing yi There is this clip in Jareks website, of Apostal fighting with some other guy who does taekwondo, i've seen clearly what the taekwondo guy does (and he DOES do TKD), but what Apostal does, doesnt resemble to xing yi in any tiny bit.

So, how would you define a xing yi fighter
