igor vovchancyn is the same way. its extremely hard for me to lose any fat when it seems others are blowing me by. even my brother lost 10 lbs in a few weeks without really trying.
i run nearly 6 days a week, as well as watching wat im eating,and obviously kickboxing and TMA training, so i dont know where the funk is.
