Wow, that's odd. Now I hate to ask this because I like to assume the best, but how far do you run and how long does it take you A lot of people I know sit on an eliptical machine for 3 hours a day and still don't seem to loose weight. These are the same people who "don't sweat" when they work out, it's funny how they start sweating when I turn the resistance up on them.

If you are pushing yourself as hard as you need to there, maybe try looking at your eating habits
