I am no expert in qigong in fact my exposure to it is limited i only got interseted in it as a compliment to my wing chun training and the fact that my hands are capable of generating a large amount of heat.......i have been told recently by a western doctor that my metabolism and immune system are running at a very high rate and that this my account for the heat (its not just my hands sometimes my whole body runs hot)........i have a friend who is a qigong instructor/practisioner and she says its evidence of chi flow (which i like the sound of) and have now incorporated a few qigong techs into my warm up on her recommendation..........erwinviser how cold is cold i have experienced heat as a cold sensation before now
