I just started my Qigong classes and can only seem to get there once a week ( I can go twice) because of health reasons. I do have a nice workout area at work and spend about an hour a day there. It feels great but is it right Since it's mostly stretching (remember I'm new) I can't see any reason not to. It does feel good. But I don't want to try and reinvent the wheel.
Assuming I'm doing things right (thats where my 2x classes come in) is everyday too much
I'm starting to feel guilty about feeling this good at work.
