Hey i was wondering if anyone knew about a qigong practice named falun Dafa?? is it safe to practice alone? also i was trying some qigong once (lifting the sky as shown in wong kiew kits book) after a really traumatic experience to try and calm down and i think it may have harmed me. Would anyone know about this?
