Well then, tell me what kind of water is the best for you? Water is afterall, the most important solution necessary for sustaining life.

reading ingredients and knowing what they are aren't much. Knowing where they came from and how they were made is more accurate in determining the productivity of the item.

Example: I go to a GNC, buy a protein bar for some protein. It's filled with soybeans because we all know - soy is good due to some stupid 'isoflavones'. And adding 25g of soy protein a day is necessary for good health, right?

Wrong! Why? 'soybeans' is very vague. So is 'water'. So are 'grapes'. So is 'enriched flour'. So are 'hops'. And all the way along the line. WHy are those things bad? because they're vague! they could be genetically modified. They could have been cooked in an aluminum vat - acid solution - aluminum vat - bad mix (in the case of beer).

I don't care if you knew someone who had degrees in 'proper uses for tit sucking'. We don't need a degree... for anything! It's the knowledge that rings true in all aspects involving the benefits of it, as far as our senses allow that determine what's right.

So things that require men to 'enhance' it are better for us right?
