It all stems back to "you are what you do".
Wrestler,boxer and on and on,whatever it is that you do,you will follow the standard format for that diciplin. If it is normal practice to lose 15-20lbs to make weight than you will probably do so. It is not only in fighting that we observe questionable behavior but in every group we aline with. Sports,it matters not if in High School,College or pro's. There is behavior that is common place in that specific venue that may be seen as repulsive and/or not recogmended in many or any other practices. It boils down to the fact that "you are what you do" PERIOD!
