What about it?
I was talking to a guy in class about energy healing. Sending chi into someone to heal them. This guy traveled all over for many years doing chi kung and TCM. He told me that while it can be done it isn't most of the time because the same results can be reached by other means like massage or accupuncture and those methods are easier, both in application and on the patient.

If you want to get an understanding of chi the find a chi kung you like and start practicing it. Do it for 2 or 3 years and your questions will be answered.
