well sure, as long as your opponent will wait while you hop into horse stance and do some deep breathing for a couple minutes, then stretch out your hands & wrists, then position yourself for the most accurate blow, then aim & strike.

There are easier ways to break bones. The iron palm/iron body training as ChiBeast said, is a way to toughen the body. However if you ever train with someone who has done iron body for several years -- every time they hit you or you hit them, it's painful. For you. (Maybe I should say "me" -- that's been my experience training with folks who've done iron body.)
