| Yi jin jing I have been doing muscle-tendon for the last year. There are a number of different variants of it, like with a lot of these things. My version has 23 different parts to it. I have been practicing it with standing too, so I am not sure what has been caused by one and what by the other. One of the things that has happened is that I can't drink coffee any more (I was warned about this before I started). I was told that after 3 years practice you were a new person, but I don't know I have anything more obvious to report about it. Nor do I know any teachers in London (my teacher lives in Orlando and is a student of Share K Lew, so I presume that the version of YJJ he taught me comes from there).
