I use jow that my grandmaster brews. I have found that on bruises, if you put the jow on then on top of that use Burt's Bees Res- Q ointment it really fades the bruises quickly.

Res- Q ointment also is the best thing I've found for razor burn, but that's a whole 'nother post .
