I dont know much about the form stuff, just about the massage with the pressure points and chi flow, in any case, I recommend Qigong General Massage by Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming. It can really give you a good understanding of chi, and finding sensitivity for it. I think he also has a book and/or a video on qigong, and I think that one has to do with the excercises and all that, rather than just focussing on the massage aspect. Jwing-Ming rocks!
