Thank you for the books you mentioned. I'm working with a friend of mine who has been practicing qi gong for over 30 years. He finally relented and has been slowly teaching me. I think I'm getting farther with him than I was with the instructor. Plus, he is free! That helps my pocketbook (especially when those real estate taxes went up last year). I feel like I'm on an amazing journey that I would like to continue for the next forty years. Any one ever feel like that? I wish I would have started qi gong twenty years ago.
