generaly the longer you are celebate while practicing an internal practice the better. the jing in your body will accumulate, becoming fuller and will circulate better. this has a stimulating effect to the body strenghtening the kidneys along with the other organs, improve chi developement, and greatly increase Fa-Jing, instantaneous and explosive controlled release of power. fa-jing can be developed without celebacy, but to develope past certain higher levels it is completely nessecary.
