i was wondering if pressure points in a book is just as good as a teacher both teach were the point location is a picture diagram for the book and the both say were they both have functioning and resons of using the pressure point. one is self defence pressure points and the other pdf is dim mak pressure points..should i try and follow the books or consolt an instuctor before hand? if i consult a constructer then that will be difficult cause i have no extra money to spend.
