I'm not sure if you can actually delete the post but you should be able to go in and just delete most of the text manually, shorten it up a lot. There should be an "edit" button at the bottom right of your post.

If not, PM a mod or hit the "Report Bad Post" icon (the ! at the top of each post). Might take the mod a little while to get here.
