As opposed to someone being really gullible and open to the power of suggestion who would tell themselves that they felt something even if there was nothing at all...

Well I have no problem with you thinking that, but I wasnt told what was going to happen, and I wasn't expecting to feel what I did, I thought it would just be heat or something. Also you often hear about it

Sure, do a search on

Paranormal Challenge

You will surely find something. There are quite a few orgs that are offering rewards like these but JREF is now up to 1 million dollars.

Ah yes, i did come accross him while searching after my post. I don't think there is anything paranormal about qi, i think it just a metaphor for natural occurances

Either way, that's entirely different. Someone getting a feeling themselves from doing something and transmitting energy with no physical contact to another person are entirely 2 different things.

Yes I agree, I am just interested to know how much of it (if any) that you do believe

I have never got a 'shock' whilst doing qi gong (not yet anyway). Tingling is normal, I dont think its chi though, I believe it has something to do with increased oxygen in the blood, but I cant remember to be honest. The feeling I am talking about is kind of magnetic, it feels like their is some resistance in the air, like you are moving your hands through water (except without the wetness).

EDIT: Misread your post ChiBeast, have fixed my reply now though
