| The Leg POINTS FOR THE LEG; #3) In the center crease at the back of the knee between the two large ligaments. Apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this spot for 10 seconds on each leg. #5) In the hollow behind the crown of the outer ankle. Apply 20lbs of pressure while stimulating in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds, do this on each ankle. If the leg issue does not improve, is persistant, or is causing extreme discomfort, apply 10lbs of pressure directly into this point for 10 seconds on each ankle and then continue to the previous mentioned point(#3) and apply stimulation there as well. #7) The width of one hand above the crown of the inner ankle, just behind the tibia(shin bone) on the front of the leg. Apply 20lbs of pressure while stimulating counter-clockwise for 30 seconds, do this on each leg. #9) The width of one hand below the bottom of the kneecap, then the width of one thumb toward the outside of the leg(towards the pinky toe) this spot is found in the trough/valley just away from the tibia.
Apply 20lbs of pressure in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds on each leg. #62) Slightly below the level of the bottom of the kneecap, on the outside of the leg, in the small depression formed when the leg is completely straight, in line with the crown of the outer ankle. Apply 20lbs of pressure while stimulating in a counter-clockwise circle for 30 seconds, do this on each leg.
