Sammy didn't tell you about the martial use of magnets... You must find a very large magnet (preferably in the shape of a horse shoe) and then use it to realign the iron body person's electrons. If you do this often (while they are sleeping for example) they will be sucked away by the earth's magnetic pull and they will no longer be a threat. Or you could do what Cam said.
