In the summertime I've found myself having tons of energy on 4 hours or less. In the wintertime I can't function without 8 hours. This wasn't the case when I lived in Fla. but since moving north it's become very noticeable.

If I'm not sleeping properly, my energy level in class falls way off.

The last few weeks I was getting 8+ hours but still waking up tired and being very irritable & moody all through the day. Was at the point where I was going to see the doctor about doing some sleep testing. Then honeybunny tells me he has been turning on the TV after I go to sleep & leaving it on all night... hmm ... problem solved.
