I'm not familiar with this name for any of the forms in the hung ga kyun. Perhaps if you can provide a bit more info, we can pinpoint which one you are looking for and go from there.

I don't know

I don't know the name, it is just the first form I learned (and the only one since I'm a beginner in kung fu). It is a respiration form that starts in kin yer ma and then switch to sai ping ma. Sorry I can't provide enough infos, hope someone knows what I'm talking about...

What about the hands

About the only form that I'm aware of in which you don't really move is "Arrow Hand" But it doesn't have much in the way of breathing exercises.

Of course, Iron Wire is very concerned with breathing, but there's no way you're referring to that.

My wild guess is that you are probably talking about part of an existing form, as many of them have distinct sections, including power training (and breathing) parts.

Yes Iron Wire is the most advanced Hung Gar Form.

At the school that I train at, we have a form that is dynamic tension all the way through. This is the first form that a beginner to the style will learn at our school. It has no traditional name or anything as it is not a traditional form.

Anywho it sounds similar to what you are saying. You start off in Ki Ya Man, bring your right arm up to your shoulder and over to your chest, then slowly push forward with dynamic tension. Repeat with the left arm and then some other stuff...etc etc

If that is similar to what you are describing then we call that form "Part 1". Yup, the name is not very chinese or anything, but who cares right As long as it does the trick
