Rep Power: 153 | | | Both the forms, actually, look like they have good moves in them. But you're right, acefoot68, that first guy has no clue. Whether it's because of laziness, or bad teaching, or both. His shoulders are bunched up around his neck all the way through -- talk about tension. He never once "completes" a movement. A lot of his problems should have been worked out in basic exercises but it's clear that his basics are bad. He just plain wasn't ready for that form.
The second guy -- actually he's got an idea of what he's doing, his stances are high but he's fluid. It actually looks like a form. I don't know if it's "right" or not but he at least is putting some thought into it.

After I award you the title of Grandmaster then you are permitted to open as many McDojos as you want. You can even cclaim to know or have mastered over 600+ forms too.

Rep Power: 41 | | | I can see a claim to having learned 600+ Forms but not being able to right off the top of your head remembering them all or master them all. Personally I have to write and describe the techniques I learn to be able to remember the names and helps me remember how to preform them. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | Ok, I can believe a person could be exposed to 600 Forms in 25 years. But not master. And definately not by the age of 25. I personally know a man who has been studying Choy lee Fut for 6 years and only know 22 forms. Choy Lee Fut has 108 Forms. If every style this man was exposed to had that many forms that would be 6 styles the guy would have to be a child prodigy. And more than likely
more evidence of his training. Oh and he couldnt have done anything else until he was 25. | |
