heres some footage of Lau Kar Leung Sigung...I had this on a disc which i got from my Sifu Mark Ho..the disc was damaged and couldnt be played..anyway with a recover programe I could safe some of the footage...so heres the clip

...For a 70-something yr-old, Lau Ga Leung is unbelievably quick and agile. You should see vids of him doing family's monkey-style... just crazy .
