Rep Power: 19 | | | clfsean - Yup that's "O" from the Kwoon series... Asides from being one Wing Lam's top students, "O" used to be head instructor at Lam kwoon and now teaches privately in Connecticut.
That's the set shortened by about half...
First part is all internal and represents the dragon section - essentially the same stuff that is covered in Tid Sin Kuen.
The external animals come next, pretty self-explanatory.
