Lam Gar Lau Kune Gung Fu

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me the background of the Lam Gar Lau Kune Gung Fu style, its masters and martial heritage?

Those names Lam and Lau in Gung Fu are known mostly as either the Lam Family of Hung Gar Kuen(Lam Sai Wing/current GM Lam Chun Fai). Or The Lau Family of Lau Ga Hung Kuen(Lau Jaam/current GM Lau Kar Leung).

Do a google on those names, much info is out there.

If you need to address them personally, try their representatives.

I also forgot to mention that the Lam Family also has a set called Lau Gar kuen which adds to the confusion sometimes. It is actually a Mok ga set that was adopted by Grandmaster Lam Jo from a friend who had the surname Lau. It is not the same Lau as the Lau Jaam family.

Asides from what's been pointed above with either Lam Gar Hung Kuen or Lau Ga Hung Kuen, there is no such thing as "Lam Gar Lau Kune Gung Fu" (as was pointed out on some other forums).
