Dragon Gate Fist 1st form

Ive been videoing this stuff mostly for reference. Got a little slopp cause I was thinking about the camera. But I am going to start doing some application just so I can put my money where my mouth is.

Anyway heres our first adult form. Tiger Bridge. I''ll keep it up a few days.

Nicely done, nice motions and some practical uses

well done. solid stances and you're waist moves really well.

Plus, big ups to anyone who has the cojones to put a you tube clip of themselves doing a form. I've tried to record a form exactly once...the result was so disastrous I haven't even thought of doing it again.

i'm not a big fan of those big arm movements in the first part of the form personally

but great looking form

would be very interested in seeing some applications of it

Pope those are bridge arms. You'll see them in some Hung style as well as the Lama or Hap gar.

would it be possible to see an application for them?

i am guessing from what you just said they are similar to mun sau in wing chun

where the arm is just flung out to catch whatever maybe in the way

although the mun sau movement is somewhat different

going low to high
