Methods of Training

There's a new flexinode-1 entry added:

Methods of Training

<div class="flexinode-body flexinode-1"><div class="flexinode-textarea-5"><div class="form-item"> Article:
An understanding of the principles of training is of little use unless we can apply them to methods of training that are commonly used.

  • Continues training
  • Weight training
  • Circuit training
  • Interval training
  • Calisthenics

Lead insoles for your shoes. Buy a roll of Pb at the Home Depot. Cut out to fit your shoes. Use 2 or 3 at a time.
