Rep Power: 18 | | | Dance of the Bat There's a new flexinode-1 entry added: Dance of the Bat | “ |
<div class="flexinode-body flexinode-1"> Author:
Grandmaster Tim Pickens
<div class="flexinode-textarea-5"><div class="form-item"> Article: Introduction Deep in the art-filled caverns that house the wealth of the Chinese arts lays a secretive style, a style so elusive that only a few have knowledge of its existence. Fewer still have practiced its erratic movements or diligently surmounted its rigorous and demanding training regimen. Obscured by the power of the mountainous Tiger, hidden behind the brilliance of the multi-colored Phoenix, and silent even compared to the lithe movements of the Snake, this style maintains its coexistence just inside the moonlit shadows overlooking this great cavern of knowledge. The practitioners of this elusive style are reluctant to discuss its very existence, much less disclose its application, choosing perhaps, to keep this one last treasure hidden deep beneath the canopy of modernization. It is a style that is few in forms, rich in training, and extremely wealthy in combat. This unique style is that of the elusive Bat.

Rep Power: 18 | | | I'll see what I can do about the pictures. IKF published a lot of the training pictures but only one set of the combat pics. I have some combat seq. somewhere so I'll look around for them and try posting them up here soon. |

I'm not clear on what your meaning? Is this a term for a specific setting for pictures/clips or are you meaning a seq. picture of one of bat form we practise? I just need clarification to understand what your wanting. Sorry.
Personally, I've never placed pictures up on this site other than the avatar, but I do have the disk that has all the pictures we took and sent in. I'll look through them and see what all I can pull out that has the best details. Now, does anyone know if there is a way to include text along with the pictures? (We placed texted messages with each picture explaing what was going on..just like magazines or books do.) I don't know how to go about doing that on here.
Thx for the comments jawsman, allan. |

Rep Power: 127 | | | You may need to post each pic separately to include descriptions I believe. I checked to see if there was way to do this, and I did not find one. But I'm not the most knowledgable on this subject, maybe someone else knows how to do such a thing.
Aloha

Rep Power: 87 | | Yes, users have their own photo galleries. You just hit the upload button and follow directions. You can provide the link each photo in your article. Or you can insert the photos directly into you article, not sure about the word wrap though....

Rep Power: 18 | | | Okay guys/gals, I didn't mean to leave everyone hangin'. I searched and searched and I couldn't find the combat pics. BUT...a brother of mine has the pictures and is in the process of placing them up on here...hopefully in the next day or so.
Lol, didn't mean to lead anyone on, but they will be up on here soon. Thanks. |
