Ummm.... so is the other definition I listed. As a matter of fact, just by virtue of the words technical and definition I would consider all descriptions listed in a dictionary to be technical definitions.

I understand your argumet perfectly. I also understand Mei's. They do not oppose each other and I fail to see why you two are forcing the two to oppose each other.
