Rep Power: 220 | | | Would you wear those to an actual fight?
If we train, we train in sporting clothes or street clothes(jeans/tighter clothes) on occasion to see how that effects your movements |

Rep Power: 41 | | | Would be nice to do that from time to time, but would still rather practice more sporting loose fit clothing most of the time |

Rep Power: 41 | | | I just train in old clothes. It's closest to what I will be wearing in a self defense situation. Still waiting for a MA style that teaches how to defend yourself while you are taking a crap.

well, it was really "taking a crap" but I've been shown some moves from sitting on a chair and on the floor.
and unless it was just before or just after a class (or laundry day) i wouldnt be wearing them, but since i was in KF i started buying pants that i have a full range of motion with, usually try horse stance and crane in the dressing room...may have given to much info there!

Good advice since usually when you ask for people not to that just makes them want to more. But to asnwer your question the organization as a whole has a few shaddy business practices and some of the claims that there official website has (at least at one point) proclaimed the head of the art to have accomplished is along the lines of, well, far fetched. For ever good school in the organization there seems to be 20 others that just apitimize (sp?) what people have against TCMA. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | I'm not trying to be gross. Just something I think about ( not just the toilet situation ). Self Defense when you are in the worst position to defend yourself. Another example is you are in the shower covered in shampoo. Maybe I should start a thread and we can talk ideas.
