Can't see the video, proably a YouTube block (webblocker, parents lol) but I see your point FightingFat!

Rep Power: 29 | | | Yes, it didn't make sense for him to accept the challenge. But it's not hard to believe your own hype if you tell yourself enough times. |

Rep Power: 41 | | | It's like a two way psyche. The students convince themselves that it is real, and then go through the motions like in hypnosis, and the teacher always seems to get a positive reaction from what he is doing, so he thinks it's real too.

Rep Power: 0 | | | Any chance that whole thing was faked? Looks real enough. Saw a discussion somewhere else and someone said they'd seen the whole clip and it was a prank. |

Rep Power: 29 | | | Why would you fake something like that? It wouldn't do the old guy's reputation any good. |

I could see them faking it as a prank to make fun of another supposed Grandmaster's supposed abilities.
How could the whole student body get caught up in taking part in this charade if it is real? Mass hypnosis? Were they just going along with it or had they been somehow convinced it was real?
I'll probably never know but it sure would be interesting to find out. |

Rep Power: 168 | | | It is not fake.
The people claiming this is fake are doing so for the same reasons they claim their style is too deadly to compete in MMA.

Rep Power: 0 | | | lol It's respectful to have everyone believe you have Jedi powers? Which is what this old fart is doing in this video until he got owned.
Old Jedi Dude: Behold as I take out a whole gang just by pointing at them!
Not trying to offend anyone here but if this guy really thought he had this kind of Sci-Fi like power then he really needs some mental help. |

Rep Power: 29 | | | You think that's bad. There's a clip of Ashida Kim, having a "lightsaber" battle with one of his cronies. But the other guy's legs don't work very well and he can't move away. | |
