If you want some more reliable info through the Internet, may I suggest find out if your local library system has some online databases?
At the system I work at, we subscribe to a lot of online databases, including several health ones. Any patron with a library card can access these from their computers at home.
The good thing about these databases is they are approved by a library system and weed out the ten million advertisements and just give you medical references from scholarly sources. No "wikipedia style" anyone can chip in advice on these databases.
But you can do a search almost as easily as googling them.
Here is a link to see what I am talking about. Unfortunately, you won't be able to access them unless you have a San Diego card, but it will give you an idea what to ask about at your library.
