For me being large frame, as long as my waist/hip ratio is below 0.85, and no hypertriglyceridemia, no cholesterol problems, and keeping my subcutaneous fat in range of around 1cm, I think this way works for me...am 84kg, and 180cm.

I think most of people who post on this forum are athletes and martial artists, so their basal metabolic rate is high, thats very good of course, and lets not forget no matter what we do as exercise or diets, our body will reach to a plateau.

You're right, haven't introduced myself...because there is not much to say about me, am a physician who lives and works in Beirut,Lebanon and enjoys reading forums.
