Hey, if it was so private I minded questions, that would be my bad for posting on the Internet about it. I appreciate the input! You all are smart and have good ideas!
It is lopsided. My neurologist knows in passing I have gone to accupuncture-errr I am pretty sure I mentioned it.? But he has not asked for my accupuncturists opinion. I don't think he would care to either, but I will see if I can bring it up next visit. Couldn't hurt to try.
My accupuncturist knows far more about what sort of tests I have had and all and shows an interest as he tells me to keep him updated on all of it, but has not said much on the matter yet. Just some stuff about Chi imbalances and working on that. But, he might say more when I see him next. I haven't seen him since most of the tests have come in. When I told him MS had been ruled out, he told me he had always been pretty sure it was not that.
(And that reminds me, my chiropractor wanted me to have the neurologist send him copies of the MRI's and I totally forgot. Thanks for reminding me.)
I find the alternative medical people are far more open to what mainstream doctors say, than the opposite.
Years ago, the mainstream doctors were openly dubious or hostile at the mention of chiropractors and accupuncturists, and at the least they are not so negative as years have gone by. I guess because our society is slowly becoming more openminded to "alternative" medicine.
Actually, now that I think about it, 15 years ago, my chiropractor was trying to get me to stop accupuncture and my accupuncturist was telling me to stop seeing a chiropractor! I changed both of them!
Again, thanks for the input.
