haha, over here we pay a 25 cents a gallon.

i also hear that water that has gone through reverse osmosis is better to drink since this process retains the mineral content.

as for hydration during training id stick to water in moderate sips or gulps, i guess its just like putting transmission fluid in your car, you dont wanna overflow it but let it process then drink more with adequecy.

during training, when i get tired, i just take a deep breath followed by a gulp of refreshing water, sinking it down to my dantien along with my breath, its like an instand perk up, try it sometime.

sugar-bad, water- good. though i prefer some beer, red wine, or a shot of jack daniels...just kidding.
