Free Online Exercise/Food Log and Tracking System

I was sent a link to this site when I began to notice my current diet/exercise was causing too much weight loss (on my frame ANY weight loss is noticeable).

They offer a free online food/activity tracker with reports and stuff. Very, very nice.

Told me I was consuming 2300cals/day and expending 3700cals/day. Sigh, now I guess I just need a few Chuck Liddell Samplers
