Rep Power: 100 | | I have this problem. I skip dinner b4 training and then when I get in I have some nuts and fruit- something really light to stave off my hunger. Works good for me! |

I train about the same time (well.. we continue a little longer tho...)
and I have a light supper at 6, so when I get to training I'm not feeling stuffed or anything...
after training we always have a talk about what needs to be done and how training was etc. etc.
with that I'll have a small beer and some nuts, slices salami and a little cheese
again not too much...
I also have a lotta glasses of water | “ | Originally

They say that you should eat a little around an hour 45 mins before training, lots of carbs etc but nothing to heavy. Then as soon after training as you can eat a proper meal, lots of protien, carbs etc or whatever you feel you need for what your working towards. I know what you mean though as you dont wana eat a whole lot then sleep on a full tum as they rekon it makes you fat. I personally do the above as I dont like to train after eating to much , and am starved after i try to leave an hour after finishing eating before bed time

Why's it bad to eat after 7/8pm?
That's a myth. Telling people not to eat after a certain time makes them eat less encouraging weight-loss but at the end of the day it is daily calories in vs daily calories out. If you create a calorie deficit you will lose weight. |
