Rep Power: 5 | | | It loaded on my media player with no problems. It covers some basics on nutrition and where some of the problems may be. Also some talk about what grapplers are doing wrong to loss weight...IE dieting, running, spiting to loss body fuilds, body suits to sweat, That type of stuff. Even where trainers are going wrong on their advide. Hope this helps.I only listened to the 1st 25 Mins. |

well I expected that.... Free stuff normally doenst give good info..
I'll try to download it again... my media player was having problem with playing audio for this one... dunno y..
