Rep Power: 160 | | | Wow, from hemp protein to human flesh... that's a leap, to say the least. Traditionally you didn't cook it much. If you did your choices were roast straight in the fire, or boil in a bamboo tube, or dig a big pit, fill it with stones, light a fire on the stones, wait till they're red hot, then pull out the fire, sling in the meat, cover it up with banana leaves, and pour in water to produce a pressure cooker effect. Nothing tastes like much of anything after that.
As for what i mean - I mean i keep loosing weight - some of it appears to be muscle mass. As for taking a step back - I know what the problem is, I'm looking to solve it by maximising the effect of what I do eat.

Rep Power: 59 | | | well as for cooking in an "imu", the pit with stones and all, i can assure you, when pork is cooked correctly in this manner, that this is one of the most succulent and tasty things you will ever experience. we have places where you can take your thanksgiving turkey, wrap and tag it, and it goes into a huge imu with everyone else's. brah, ono kine broke da mout kalua turkey! ( sorry for the Hawaiian Creole English, just felt right) im sure the "long pig" would cook fine in there.
as for your weight, have you considered supplements, or changing your workout to more reflect your goals?

Rep Power: 160 | | | The other side of the pacific it's called a mumu. All I can say is there were only a few I couldn't avoid and they were certainly unforgettable.
Changing my workout? Nah, just trying to regulate the consequences. Supplements? Yeah, hemp protein, hence this thread.

Rep Power: 24 | | | Actually, I've heard it can screw up your results if you get a drug test; you will be tested positive for marijuana if you take it regularly, just like with other medicinal products based on hemp.

Rep Power: 160 | | | I always thought the poppy seeds thing was a myth... but it came up in a court case here a few years back where a guy got banned from driving trains until he proved in court he'd tested positive because of poppy seeds.
I doubt I'll ever be drugs tested, but that's worth knowing, thanks.

I'm constantly willing to accept new practices, and look into new theories, and i am constantly UPDATING what i know. Nutrition is a large scale hobby of mine.
Its a fairly offensive, and probably not the cleverest comment to say that noone knows what they are talking about on this subject.
Careful what you say, its not coming off nicely.
(PS: I do however agree, that it aint a good thing to eat human flesh... Not least of all because its illegal, however it does matter what species you eat for the protein you want. If you'd like me to elaborate, just ask.) | ” | |
You made an idiotic post, so I called you an idiot. Get over it.
Anyone who says human flesh has the most protein in it is a dumb ass.
Stop priding your self in being knowledgeable in nutrion because you arnt. Take up a new hobby like jacking off. |

Rep Power: 24 | | | Stop being an ass. First of all, I was the one who posted about eating human flesh. Second of all, the only dumbass who has posted in this thread so far is you. And third, human flesh does not contain more or less protein than other meat, but humans can use 100% of it, because it doesn't have to be broken down and rebuilt, it can be used immediately. And even thought that is a fact, as opposed to much of what you have been posting, I would not recommend it for several reasons, beside the obvious "it's illegal and morally wrong".
