ALL PROTEIN HAS TO BE BROKEN DOWN MORON!
You have No clue what you are talking about, stop trying to be smart. WHERE IS YOUR PROOF.
I would like to see the proof that lead you to this asinine bit of information, but I know you wont have any proof because WHAT YOUR SAYING IS FALSE.
I cant believe someone who says human flesh is healthy for humans would call another person, let alone a lamp, a "dumbass" |

I think it already has proven use...
If philip had his way, everyone would be flesh eating zombies.
and they would think human flesh protein doesnt get broken down, which makes NO sense.
conclusion-
Listen to philip if your a zombie.
the end. |

I haven't got around to it yet. The only progress is that I'm more accepting about the results of my practice, and even fussier about what I eat. I know yoga is expected to affect your diet but I can see myself becomming one of those vegan ashtanga nuts, which isn't where I want to be. So, I've cut down the pure ashtanga to once a week and replaced some with some chaya and with more time with tatooed guru lady - if I'm gonna be scrawny I may as well be strong and scrawny - ashtanga is for whimps
This thread has done something useful. It's reminded me I need to try hemp protein next week.

Rep Power: 5 | | | As said earlier, eggs are pretty much the best thing you can eat for protein. Hemp is for smoking, not eating. I just finished a scrambled egg sandwich myself.

Rep Power: 24 | | | Nah, I don't think so, at least not noticeably. I guess what you are basically doing is predigesting the eggs, because what happens to them when cooked is the same thing that happens when it comes in contact with the acid in your stomach. It might decrease the bioavailibility a bit, but nothing serious, I don't think.

Rep Power: 25 | | canned tuna... cheap, easy, extremely high in protien and if u'r lucky u'll get a little bit of dolphin in there! LOL jk! | “ | You should be taking rough 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. | ” | |
That's just for general bodily maintainance! A friend of mine - who is a doctor, professional body builder, and martial artist - told me that he eats over 400grams of protien a day (synthetic and natural). Also confirm what Philip said early on about natural protien that doesn't come from animals as not having the 'full spectrum' of protien and doesn't include any of it (i.e. nuts, beans, etc.) in his daily protien intake count.
just my 1 and a half cents
