In Sprite its Sodium 45mg and Sugars 26g

Rep Power: 41 | | | In regular Green Teas its Sugars 0g, Sodium 0mg.
The Citron has some light citrus flavors to it, but if you are coming from Sobe you are going to be in for a rude awakening, as your palette has adjusted to high sugar content and will not be "pleased".

Rep Power: 21 | | | The only other green tea I ordered from them is the green earl grey.
I haven't tried it yet though. I'll let you know how it is.
I've had the dragonwell also. Its good but pricey. I'll keep you updated. |

Rep Power: 41 | | I didn't take to Dragonwell (Shame as it has an excellent name!) however I ended up enjoying Hojicha Fugue, which tastes nothing like Citron green. It has a truly strange mesquite flavor. I don't know if I'd spring for a 6oz or anything, but the standard 2oz makes for some good "cross training" |

Rep Power: 11 | | | I looooooove Adagio! If anyone wants to buy from them give me your email address and I'll send you a $5 off coupon. I recommend the jasmine pearls and the decaf green tea spice. The herbal stuff I like to mix with a plain green tea or a mild flavored black tea, for instance, blood orange herbal plus black tea vanilla. |

Rep Power: 41 | | You used it on your skin?
Is this a documented use of green tea? I've never heard of that before.

Rep Power: 11 | | Yep, I put it straight into the bath water: http://lesleysilvia.com/images/color/properteas.jpg
I'm not sure where I originally got the idea, maybe because of the antioxidant properties of it, but here's some websites: | “ | "Brew a pot of tea to soothe your sunburn.Ouch! You´re sunburned and too tired and grumpy to go to the store for a pain relief treatment. Why not look in your pantry for some natural sunburn remedies and home treatments? Try brewing up a big pot of tea. The tannins in tea can soothe and help relieve some of the discomfort of burned skin. Brew the tea and allow it to cool completely. Slosh it over the affected areas with a soft sponge. It might be a good idea to apply this sunburn treatment in the bathtub or shower recess." | ”

also | “ | "A Spot Of Tea?
Compressing with cool water is helpful in reducing the temperature of the skin and helps reduce some of the pain. But add something active to that water and you’ve got an entirely different approach. Compresses made with green tea are helpful pain relievers. Green tea acts as an antioxidant and helps reduce inflammation. The active ingredient in green tea is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Brew up a pot of green tea using loose tea leaves or the bags, strain and compress with CHILLED tea for best results. A little teatime is good for one’s soul, and one’s skin! " | ”

I also noticed a lot of sunscreen products with green tea in them.
Here's more skin remedies with tea: http://www.stashtea.com/beauty.htm

And while it has nothing to do with sunburns, if you ever get a painful burn, another really good way to help ease the pain is with hemroid (sp?) medication! I tried it and it worked fairly well . |

Rep Power: 69 | | I frequently use my tea bags to put on swollen, allergy irritated areas.
I been happy with www.specialteas.com . It's about time for me to order again. You guys should also try Roobios, or red bush. I mix mine with my green and black tea into one uber tea drink.

Rep Power: 41 | | | Interesting, however I haven't touched a tea bag in about a year.
Mixing Roobios and Greens? Hmm, don't Roobios require a higher temperature for steeping (215 F) vs 180 F for Greens.
