Rep Power: 4 | | | they say that the Okinawans are among the healthiest people on earth do to their diet. Ive read that part of that has to do with the calcium content in the plants grown on Okinawa, because of the calcium in the coral just off the coast of the island.Coral calcium suppliments are supposed to be very good for you and they absorb better than dairy calcium.several friends of mine swear by it

It's good stuff, yeah. Took it nightly for awhile when my back was really bothering me. A teaspoon in some chamomile tea and I was out like a light, lol.

Rep Power: 21 | | | So do we have the milk so we can eat the oreos or do we have the oreos to use in the milk?

The oreos are for the milk, and the milk is for the oreos. The origin of their existance....or original purpose, is of no importance.
What is important is the fact that you can crush the oreos up and put them in the glass of milk and eat it like a cup of cereal or milk shake...or both...

Rep Power: 6 | | | Ok so I think we are all in agreeance about the Oreos and milk being OK. And the two are not actually two, but one. For one without the other could not be one.
Or something like that, correct? |
