When Oreos and Millk are joined they returned to a state of Wuiji, nothingness. Because when I get my hands on some oreos and milk there won't be any left!

Sorry to take this topic away from the amazing philosophical discoveries regarding oreos and milk, but I just thought I'd share an article from Newsweek about some reasons to feed babies milk from animals (their mothers, cows, goats, etc) versus Soy and Rice alternatives that people are touting.

As for Calcium supplements - I take a calcium chewable supplement and it does quite a few good things for me - 1) Gets rid of my Acid Reflux problem 2) Improves my fat reduction 3) I just feel better.
Granted - #2 COULD be from my increase in water consumption - but hey - I lost most of the little extra weight I had on my torso and I feel awesome, so I'm not going to stop.

I love milk. I love oreos. I love them with or without the other... is that possible?

It's totally possible!
I used to love good old cows milk before I read all the negative side effects from the hormones used in dairy cows. Now I drink primarily organic soy milk with the occasional organic cow milk (since my boyfriend buys the stuff) and have found that the soymilk adds a wonderfully nutty flavor to my coffee. Works great since the coffee at works kinda cheap and icky tasting, a little choco soy and I'm all set!

We try to get only Organic/Hormone free milk from cows that is grassfed. They are twice as expensive.

Calcium by itself is not linked to beneficial to bones. It has to have vitamine E present.

Falling and thrown won't make your bonese denser. It will hurts your joints more as you age.

Shamrock farms in Arizona has stopped using RBsT and other growth hormones (YAY!), but calcium is important for more than strong bones. If you're familiar with the sliding filament theory you'd see that calcium is also important in muscle contractions.

Also you may have heard that milk aids in weight loss while dieting. This is true, but odly enough we don't know why. Most people assume the calcium, but calcium supplements don't seem to have any effect. So, take that for what it's worth.

Here's my totally uneducated idea about why milk helps weight loss ... maybe it's the milkfat, the calcium, the protein, the vitamin D, or the remaining enzymes. Maybe its all of them -- and in combination they make the body feel it's gotten the nutrients it needs. So the dieter doesn't feel as hungry and doesn't eat as much.

That is my totally uneducated and probably wrong assumption about the milk-weight loss connection.
