a good diet.

ok to go with my new trainging i need a good diet to loose the wieght and keep the muscle growing. can some one recommend one? some one told me about something called the warrior diet. can some one tell me about this? i dont feel like going out and spending 5 grand on a book that tells me what to eat ><.

Eat normal just cut down on fatty foods. Try to eat a bit more food with protein in it.

It's actually very hard to both gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, easier to pick one goal and go with it.

To gain muscle you need to have a surplus of protein and calories, whey is probably a better idea to supplement your protein intake with.

If you mainly want to get rid of bodyfat its still a good idea to up your protein intake to help fight off catabolism, but don't expect to gain much in the way of musculature.

Gain muscle: Eat a lot and get a lot of protein
Lose fat: Eat a bit less, and eat a lot of protein

Personally I wouldn't do the warrior diet, but I've never done it and can't give you any input on its effectiveness.
