Nice...try adding regular yellow mustard along with the spicy mustard that comes with it. Also, remember to stir it up before you put the sauces on it...get those sticky strings goin'...that's where the real goodies lie. I wonder if I could blend up the natto in my protein drink? (Howya like that, Cheif?)

Oh, I am meeting with the staff at a "natural" cooking school here in Texas next week. The school focuses on cooking/preparing healthy and natural meals, the medicinal use of herbs, and macrobiotic diets. It sounds great, and should go good with my fitness trainer cert. The reason I am telling you this is b/c on the schedule I saw a 1 hour extra credit lecture class on the benefits of natto! Sweet...I might sign up for that even if I don't enroll as a full time student. Later...

LOL Chief.
WuSung,"1 hour extra credit lecture class on the benefits of natto!",that is cool. If you take it you will have to post some different ways to eat it. Your question about the blender with protein drink. I don't see why not.

Today I mix'd it up with 2 packets that came with it,hot sauce plus sliced habenaro peppers and then mix'd it into scranbled eggs. Toast and bacon. That is about 3Xmore than I normaly eat. But man was it good.

Eat it up, Fuzzy! Hell yeah. You need to eat more, anyway! Eating once a day is way bad for you. Last night, the little lady and I had some natto with some brie and wine. According to her, natto and cheese go well together. I eat everything and am like the human garbage disposal, so I didn't argue. I will definitley post the good stuff I learn about Natto if I attend that class. My next mission: make up some recipes that I will post HERE on the forum for you and the other natto lovers, plus the ones who love it, but don't know it yet, (talking about you, Chief)
